A monthly Lok Adalat was organized on Saturday in which five benches (including Nagar Untari Sub-Divisional Civil Court) were constituted for the execution of various cases in Lok Adalat.
Shivnath Tripathi, District and Additional Sessions Judge-III, Sangeeta, Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Monika Prasad, Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Anulika Kumar, Judicial Magistrate, Sub-Divisional Civil Court, Nagar Untari and Arvind Kachhap, Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate were present. Along with the Judicial Magistrate, one advocate each was also nominated for all the benches. Among them were advocates Praveen Kumar Sahu, Hanseshwar Pandey-Nagar Untari, Nityanand Dubey, Anita Ranjan and Uttam Kumar Bharti.
In this monthly Lok Adalat A total of 74 cases were disposed of including 01 cases from the bank, 33 cases from criminal compoundable, 38 cases related to electricity department, 02 cases from Motor Vehicle Act. In which a total revenue of Rs 4,34,000.00/- was recovered.
On this occasion judicial officers, advocates, court staff, PLV and parties were present.
