Twenty-five management trainees have joined the Bokaro Steel Plant and commenced their three-week training program organized by the Knowledge and Development Department of Human Resources. The local induction program for the trainees was graced by the presence of the Chief Guest, Executive Director (HR and Additional Charge Operations) Mr. Rajan Prasad, and Executive Director (Mines) Mr. Jaydeep Dasgupta.

Chief General Manager (Knowledge and Development)  Manish Jalota, in his welcome address, congratulated the trainees on their achievements and welcomed them to Bokaro Steel Plant. The program began with a safety pledge, where all management trainees took the oath along with Executive Director Mr. Rajan Prasad.

On this occasion, ED Rajan Prasad extended his best wishes for the trainees' bright future and stated that Bokaro Steel Plant is continuously reaching new heights, and the trainees are expected to play a significant role in this progress. He emphasized the importance of safety and environmental considerations, urging the trainees to lead in achieving the goal of producing zero carbon emission steel.

In her vote of thanks, General Manager (Knowledge and Development)  Neeta Ba congratulated the trainees on their accomplishments, welcomed them to Bokaro Steel Plant, and wished them a bright future, assuring them that their future is secure in an organization like SAIL.

The program was conducted by  S. N. Mishra, Junior Officer (Knowledge and Development), and the success of the event was due to the significant contributions of all personnel from the New Trainee Cell.
