Kejriwal not keeping well in ED custody, claims wife Sunita

Friday, 29 March 2024 | Staff Reporter | New Delhi

Sunita Kejriwal on Thursday claimed that his husband and Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal is not keeping well and is being "harassed a lot", while being in the custody of the Enforcement Directorate (ED) since his arrest on March 21 in the now scrapped excise policy linked money laundering scam.

Sunita Kejriwal, who had come for her husband's court hearing at the Rouse Avenue court, informed reporters that Kejriwal is not keeping well in the ED custody. A 1993-batch Indian Revenue Service (IRS) officer, Sunita said, "He has not been keeping well. His sugar levels are fluctuating. He is being harassed a lot. This tyranny won't last and people will give a reply."

On Wednesday, she claimed that the CM will make big revelations in the court, exposing the truth in the “so-called” Delhi liquor scam. She said, “ Arvind Kejriwal has said that he will reveal everything in the court on 28 March. He will reveal where the money of the liquor scam is. He will also provide proof.”
