Jaipur police exposed a gang that used minor girls in Bhopal for prostitution. The police have arrested the gang leader along with two miscreants and also caught their minor girl accomplice.

The minor girl involved in the gang used to trap girls by luring them for prostitution and then make them run away from home. Currently, the arrested accused are being questioned.

DCP (West) Amit Kumar said gang leader Chanchal Soni alias Vinod (34) of Kotwali Vidisha Madhya Pradesh and miscreant Alok Kumar (23) of Madhogarh Jalaun Uttar Pradesh have been arrested. The minor girl involved in the gang has also been caught.

Women police constables Pinky Jat and Hansa Kumari posted at Ajmer railway station played an important role in exposing the prostitution gang. Due to both the women constables, three minor girls were saved from being forced into prostitution.

The arrested accused Chanchal Soni is involved in prostitution in Vidisha Madhya Pradesh. Alok Kumar has been working with accused Chanchal Soni for the last 2 months to bring and receive girls for prostitution. Both the arrested accused are being questioned and will be presented in court on Saturday.

A minor girl living in Sadar area is in contact with gang member Alok. For the last few days, Alok's boss Chanchal was demanding girls from him for prostitution.

During the conversation, Alok asked the other minor girl to arrange girls for prostitution. He also lured her with money for arranging girls and sending them to Bhopal.

The accused minor girl lured her three minor friends living nearby with her talks. She took them to Jaipur, Ajmer and Bhopal and also lured them with mobile phones and gifts and convinced them to run away from home.

On August 25, all the three minor girls ran away from home without informing their families. The accused minor girl who had run away from home after being lured was found near Civil Line Park. The accused girl who called herself Didi after luring them took the three minor friends in an autorickshaw to Sindhi Camp. From Sindhi Camp, she took the metro and got down at Badi Chaupad and hired a cab to go to Ajmer.

On reaching Ajmer railway station by cab, the accused Didi gave the three minor friends the ticket money for Bhopal. She gave the mobile number of a friend named Alok living in Bhopal and asked them to call on reaching the railway station. On reaching Bhopal, she asked them to take Alok around and take care of all his things. After two-three days, she told them to come to Bhopal and asked them to go inside Ajmer railway station.

She returned on her own so that the family members of the three minor girls living in the neighbourhood do not get suspicious

The cunning Didi came back to Jaipur so that the family members of the three minor girls living in the neighbourhood do not get suspicious. While the family members were searching for the missing girls, she kept roaming in front of them. Spotting the three minor friends roaming around at Ajmer railway station, RPF women police constables Pinky Jat and Hansa Kumari stopped them. On being asked by the women police personnel, the three girls told that their neighbor sister had left them here to go to Bhopal with a friend named Alok.

The women police personnel talked to the girl who called her sister from the mobile found with the girls. On talking, she told the women police personnel to get tickets for the three girls and seat them in the train to Bhopal.

The women police personnel refused and said that she will not send them alone to Bhopal. She can come and take them to Bhopal herself. Even after the police caught the three minor girls, the gang members were not afraid. Alok called from Bhopal on the mobile phone that the girls had. He called the women police personnel and asked them to seat the three girls in the train and send them to Bhopal. On being suspicious, when pressure was put on them to talk to their family members, it was revealed that they had left their homes.

The family members of the three minor girls were called to Ajmer and handed over to them. The sister who had run away from home was caught by the police and questioned. During interrogation, the accused girl told that she had sent the three minor friends to agent Alok in Bhopal for prostitution. Upon learning of Alok, an agent of prostitution in Bhopal, a police team was formed and sent.

On September 2, accused Alok was arrested in Vidisha, Bhopal and brought to Jaipur. Upon learning of the arrest of gang member Alok, gang leader Chanchal reached Jaipur on September 6 for bail. Upon learning of Chanchal, the kingpin of prostitution, coming to Jaipur, the police team arrested him as soon as he got down at the railway station. During interrogation, accused Chanchal told that he runs prostitution by keeping two-three girls in his flat. He gives half the money earned from prostitution to the girls and keeps the other half for himself.
