The Human Resources Department of BHEL, Bhopal is organizing a 6-day INSPIRE program for the newly promoted executives of the unit. This training program will ensure their smooth transition to the new role.
The program was inaugurated by Shri Nishith Khare, Additional General Manager (TME). He motivated all the newly promoted executives to acquire knowledge and take up the new responsibilities. Shrimati Swagata S. Saxena, Additional General Manager (HRD) was also present on this occasion. Shrimati Surekha Banchhor, Senior Deputy General Manager (HR) attended the program and encouraged the participants.
Topics like vision, mission and values, business scenario and challenges, business communication, achievement orientation, personal finance, safety and HSE guidelines, promotion of Hindi language, team building and conflict management, developing quality consciousness using case studies, learning methodology, customer focus, health awareness, preventive vigilance, work ethics, procurement policy, customer focus, progress gallery etc have been included in the program.
