Bokaro Steel Plant's Hot Strip Mill inaugurated its E-Learning Center today, October 21st, under the leadership of Rajan Prasad, Executive Director (HR & Additional Charge Operations). Senior officials, including Vijay Kumar, Chief General Manager (C&A), and V.K. Singh, Chief General Manager (Hot Strip Mill), along with department employees, were present at the ceremony.
This E-Learning Center is an innovative initiative aimed at promoting the professional development of BSL personnel. It will offer access to a wide range of online courses and digital learning resources through platforms like e-Abhigyan, Future Skills Prime, and LinkedIn Learning.
Rajan Prasad highlighted the importance of having such a facility close to the workplace. He praised the efforts of the Hot Strip Mill and C&A departments in making this project a reality. He remarked, "The Learning Center is a testament to our commitment to the holistic development of our workforce and operational excellence. It will not only help employees upgrade their skills but also contribute to fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement at Bokaro Steel."
