During the competition, Harshika was crowned Bollywood Miss India by Bollywood actress Preeti Jhangiani. The event saw participation from numerous celebrated figures in Bollywood and the fashion industry, including Chunky Pandey, Daisy Shah, Yash Ahlawat, Sahil Khan, Sangeeta Bijlani, and Kavya Punjabi.
