Local folk artists and publicity chariots are promoting welfare programmes besides entertaining people in the remote villages in Chhattisgarh’s Dantewada district, an official communiqué said on Thursday.
They have reached over 100 gram panchayats and 'haat' markets so far.
The public relations department is sending LED vehicles and Kala Jatha team to boost the reach of welfare schemes.
