Education and health collapsed under JMM Govt: Pratul

Wednesday, 30 October 2024 | PNS | Ranchi

BJP state spokesperson Pratul Shahdev, while addressing a press conference at the state headquarters today, said that in the last 5 years, the Hemant government has given the most corrupt government in the history of Jharkhand. The politics of appeasement and communalism reached its peak. But basic systems like education and health have completely collapsed under this government.

Pratul said that according to government data, 96% of the principal posts are vacant in various middle schools of Jharkhand. Everything is running on charge. Out of a total of 3218, 3163 posts are lying vacant in middle schools. Education is not at all in the priority list of this government. The government is not concerned about the future of the children of Jharkhand. Pratul said that in districts like Dhanbad and Saraikela, not a single full-time principal is working in any middle school. Due to this, the education of the children is not taken care of. This is a well-planned conspiracy to completely ruin the education system. Pratul said that if we talk about teachers in the state, then 68% of the total teacher posts are vacant in all categories. The Hemant government had promised to regularize 60,000 Para teachers. But still no concrete action has been taken on this. On the contrary, this government brutally lathicharged the Para teachers who were protesting in a democratic manner and booked them with fake cases.
