A meeting of the District Level Development Coordination Committee was held in the Collectorate Hall on Friday under the chairmanship of Deputy Commissioner Dr. Waghmare Prasad Krishna. In the meeting, the progress of schemes run by various departments including MGNREGA, Abua Housing Scheme was reviewed. In the meeting, instructions were given to the District Coordinator, Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana to seek guidance from the department on the applications received late under Abua Awas Yojana.
The survey of kutcha houses under the Pradhan Mantri Tribal Tribal Justice Abhiyan Maha Abhiyan (PMJANAMAN) was reviewed and instructions were given to the District Coordinator, PMAY. Instructions were given to send the claim objection to the subdivision level. The completion of housing under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana for the year 2016-22 was reviewed. Instructions were given to all the blocks to fulfill the target of 100 percent generation of man days under MGNREGA. The number of works conducted per village, financial performance, Birsa Harit Gram Yojana Phase-2, Veer Shaheed Poto Ho Sports Development Scheme were reviewed.
Instructions were given to all the block development officers to take vacant grounds in schools under the Poto Ho scheme. According to the Area Officer App, all the concerned block officials and engineers were instructed to visit the field and ensure entry in the app. In the meeting, the progress of Project Unnati was reviewed and necessary decisions were taken and instructions were given for skill development training of qualified labourers. In the meeting, proposals for micro drip irrigation in the schemes under Amrit Sarovar, renovation of residential schools under the Welfare Department and construction of new hostels were discussed and necessary instructions were given to the Project Deputy Director, ITDA.
Social Welfare Department's Savitribai Phule Kishori Samriddhi Yojana, Chief Minister Kanyadan Yojana, Prime Minister Matru Vandana Yojana, Disabled Scholarship Scheme, purchase of instruments and equipment, status of availability of toilets and water in Anganwadi centres, land in various schemes in the district under land acquisition. Status and progress of acquisition, status of various schemes operated under Municipal Council Lohardaga, status of schemes operated under animal husbandry and cattle development, status of blankets distributed under Social Security Cell, status of preparation of grading list of teachers under Education Department. Reviewed.
In the meeting, Forest Divisional Officer Arvind Kumar, Deputy Development Commissioner Dilip Pratap Singh Shekhawat, Additional Collector Saurabh Prasad, ITDA Project Director Sujata Kujur and all district level officers, all Block Development Officers, Circle Officers, DPM JSLPS, MGNREGA Project Officer, District Coordinator Prime Minister Awas Yojana/Abua Awas Yojana, all the Block Program Officers, Block Coordinator and others were present.
