In a vibrant display of happiness, enthusiasm, and energy, the students of DAV Sector 4 celebrated "Yellow Day" with great zeal. Approximately 370 children from LKG to Class 2 adorned themselves in yellow attire and participated in various activities, becoming the center of attraction for all. Their unique dance moves to melodious tunes captivated everyone present.

Interestingly, the day was celebrated in a unique manner, as the students were instructed to come to school without their bags, free from the usual constraints of books and copies. This created an atmosphere of freedom and joy, allowing the children to engage in the festivities without any psychological pressure. It was perhaps the first time in DAV's history that such a day was observed, where children eagerly prepared for school with the support and enthusiasm of their parents.

The visionary and determined Principal,  Sarbendu Shekhar Kar, joined the young children in several programs and addressed the attendees, saying, "The color yellow promotes mental energy and activity, making it an excellent medium for the transmission of knowledge and positive emotions. Such celebrations and environments help in preserving the delicate sentiments of children."

The Principal emphasized that the smiles on each child's face were the greatest testament to the success of the day's event. The celebration of Yellow Day not only highlighted the importance of joy and creativity in education but also demonstrated how a simple change in routine can create a lasting impact on the young minds.
