Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath inaugurated the Nishadraj Guhya Guest House at the Tent City on Tuesday during his visit to Ayodhya.
Located near the new bus stand, the guest house provides accommodation, food and other facilities for 500 artistes.
The chief minister inspected all arrangements, including Sita Rasoi, and directed officials to ensure that the artistes are provided with all necessary amenities. He instructed officials to make proper arrangements for cleanliness, bedding, and other necessities.
Around 400 folk artistes from various states welcomed the chief minister. He interacted with the artistes and boosted their enthusiasm. Subsequently, Ramotsav Cultural Art Yatra was taken out from Tent City to Hanuman Bagh.
During the event, minister in-charge Ayodhya Surya Pratap Shahi, Transport Minister Dayashankar Singh, Mayor Girish Pati Tripathi, district panchayat chairperson Roli Singh, MLAs Ved Prakash Gupt, Amit Chauhan and others were present.
