CCL organises free medical camp in Deoghar

Strap: So far about 8000 people have taken its advantage




Coal India Limited (CIL)’s subsidiary company Central Coalfield Limited (CIL) has organized a free medical camp on the occasion of Shravani Mela at Dumma, located near the border of Bihar and Jharkhand. So far more than 8000 people have benefited from this one month camp.

In this camp, free medical consultation, blood pressure, blood sugar etc. a checkup along with physiotherapy and free medicines are being provided by the team of CCL doctors for the villagers, stakeholders and workers. A dedicated team of two senior doctors of CCL and 7 other medical personnel are providing services in the camp, which is diagnosing and treating various health problems.

This camp started from 22.07.2024 and will run till 20.08.2024. Under the guidance of CCL CMD Nilendu Kumar Singh and in furtherance of his social welfare initiatives, the Company regularly organizes health camps. CCL is committed to the energy security of the country as well as inclusive growth of its stakeholders, he added.

CCL has been playing a vital role in addressing the health related problems of the local community by organizing health camps during Shravani Mela for the past several years. This year too, the Company, being dedicated to its social responsibility, is serving the people and stakeholders of the area through this free medical camp. This effort of the Company is being highly appreciated by the people.
