A key highlight of the Regional Industries Conclave organized by the state government in Jabalpur was the Buyer-Seller Meet. This event saw participation from youth who have elevated FPOs, companies, and startups across various industries and products. Buyers and sellers eagerly seized the opportunities provided by the government.
Kailash Gaikwad, who launched a packaging startup in Sausar, Chhindwara, initiated discussions on packaging products for Raymond Shooting and Shirting. Similarly, Nikhil Agarwal, who cultivates Ashwagandha, chili, and chia in Jabalpur, gathered information about government schemes related to the processing of his products. Additionally, Amit Kumar of Cognifer Solution Limited, Bhopal, and Pradeep Biswari of Centric Era had their first discussions on reducing manufacturing costs and marketing their products.
At the Buyer-Seller Meet, delegates and industry representatives explored the stalls of Dindori's Hal Chalit Mahila Kisan FPO and those showcasing millet-based products.
The women from the FPO provided information on recipes and products made from Kodo, Kutki, and Ragi. Additionally, they procured products made from Sri Anna, offered by Rekha Pendram of Tejaswini Nari Chetna Mahila Sangh.
