Joy of Giving at SBPS
To foster a culture of generosity and community support among the students, Sarala Birla Public School, Ranchi organised the Joy of Giving week as a part of the Community Outreach programme. Students visited various organizations viz. Karuna Orphanage, Bariatu Road, Apna Ghar Old Age Home, Guru Nanak Home for Handicapped Children, Bariatu and Rajkiya Utkramit Madhyavidyala, Mahilong to share their happiness of ‘Joy of Giving’. SBPS students overwhelmed the inmates of the organizations by presenting them gifts and items of daily use. They also expressed their love, concern and gratitude towards them. Visiting these places made our children realise the value of appreciating what they have in life and will help to make them responsible individuals.
National Unity Day at RRD
National Unity Day is celebrated every year on 31st October on the occasion of the birth anniversary of Iron Man Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel. Due to holiday on 31/10/2024 in the divisional office, National Unity Day was celebrated today on 29/10/2024 by organizing various programs in Ranchi Railway Division. The National Unity Day oath was taken by DRM Jasmeet Singh Bindra on the premises of DRM office with all the officers, employees and players of the division present. After this, unity race was organised. On this occasion, ADRM Hemraj Meena, CMS Dr. Raju Tirkey, Sr DCM cum CPRO Nishant Kumar, Sr DPO Raja, Sr DS and TE Neeraj Panchal, Sr DME Balram Prasad Sahu and other officers, employees and players were present.
Scholars felicitated at DPS Ranchi
On October 29, 2024, DPS Ranchi organised a grand Felicitation Ceremony to honour the academic excellence of its students for the session 2023-2024. The event, attended by proud parents, was graced by distinguished esteemed guests, A.K. Mistry, CGM (Iron), RDCIS, S.M. Omair, Manager, CM School of Excellence and Former Vice Principal, DPS Ranchi, Prabhat Kumar, IG, Intelligence and Special Branch and Sumant Singh, DIG, Eastern Sector, CISF who applauded the school’s commitment to nurturing academic brilliance. Principal, Dr. R.K. Jha, congratulated the students and emphasized the school’s role in fostering an environment conducive to academic growth.
