Stay imposed on BDO transfer

In just 24 hours, a stay was imposed on the transfer of 61 BDOs. Pressure from the ruling party worked and the Rural Development Department put a stay on it.
The Rural Development Department has issued a letter to all DCs and DDCs. In which it has been said that the notification issued on July 25 regarding transfer-posting of BDOs is stayed. A meeting of India Alliance MLAs was held at the Chief Minister's residence yesterday. In which many MLAs of the ruling party raised questions on the transfer posting of BDOs. Anger was also expressed on the departmental minister Dr. Irfan Ansari. After this, a stay was suddenly imposed on Friday. When asked in this regard, Ansari said that some MLAs had objections, suggestions and grievances. In view of this, a stay has been imposed for the time being but the revised list will be released before 31.

 

CCL gets 1st prize for official language implementation

CCL Ranchi was awarded the first prize for implementation of official language under the Annual Award Scheme, 2023-24 by CPDIL in the half-yearly meeting of Nagar Rajbhasha Implementation Committee Undertaking (Ranchi) on Friday. Director (Personnel), Harsh Nath Mishra received the award on behalf of CCL. CCL's General Manager Official Language, Manager (Secretary/O.B.) / Deputy Manager Official Language and Assistant Manager (O.B.) participated in the said event. In the last half-year, 3 winning participants of CCL were also honoured and rewarded in the competitions organized by various member offices of Nagar Rajbhasha Implementation Committee Undertaking (Ranchi). It is known that CCL organizes various workshops from time to time to make maximum use of the official language 'Hindi', inspired by which CCL employees perform most of their official work in Hindi.

 

SBPS observes Kargil Vijay Diwas

Sarala Birla Public School, Ranchi organised a special assembly to observe Kargil Vijay Diwas. The event was a humble tribute to the martyrs of the Indian Armed Forces. Students participated in a series of activities including song, skit, poem recitation and speech highlighting the bravery and resilience of the soldiers. Principal, Paramjit Kaur, reminded the students about the valour of the Indian Army and delivered a heartfelt message emphasizing the importance of national pride and the lessons of courage and sacrifice.

Kargil Vijay Diwas commemoration at SCS

The Heritage Club of Surendranath Centenary School celebrated Kargil Vijay Diwas with great fervor and patriotism.  The junior wing organised a special assembly where students delivered speeches and paid homage to the Kargil martyrs through a poignant enactment and dance performance on the theme "Remember, Rejoice and Renew". In the senior wing, the observance continued with the students of class XI and NCC cadets visiting the War Memorial to pay homage. A solemn speech was delivered at the memorial followed by a quiz, enhancing the students' knowledge and respect for the sacrifices made by our brave soldiers.  Principal Samita Sinha said that the school's tribute to the Kargil heroes is a testament to the students' understanding of the significance of this historic event.
