Various ultrasound clinic, center, and hospital operators in the district were previously instructed to submit the original copy of Form B along with necessary documents under the PCPNDT Act to the Civil Surgeon’s Office within ten days. However, despite the deadline passing, a dozen and a half operators have not yet complied.
Deputy Commissioner Vijaya Jadhav has issued a final reminder letter to all concerned ultrasound clinic, center, and hospital operators, directing them to submit the required documents to the Civil Surgeon’s Office within three days. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of the clinic's registration.
The reminder has been issued to the following clinics and hospitals: Shanti Ultrasonography Center, Bokaro General Hospital (BGH) Sector 4, Bokaro; Human Care Diagnostic, City Center, Bokaro; Yogmaya Arogya, Cooperative Colony, Bokaro; Varsike Scan Center, Shri Durga Medical, Jodadih Mod, Chas; Cardio Care Center, Cooperative Colony, Bokaro; BTS Hospital, Bokaro Thermal; Shaheed Tilka Manjhi Memorial Hospital, DVC CTPS; Dr. Mohanty Clinic, Jawahar Nagar, Bermo, Bokaro; Sadar Hospital, Bokaro; Siddhi IVF Lab, City Center, Sector 4, B.S. City; Divyam Diagnostic, Center Market, Sector 9, Bokaro; Jain Hospital, Birsa Dental College, Sector 8C, B.S. City, Bokaro; Shiv Diagnostic, Lakshmi Market, City Center, Sector 4, B.S. City, Bokaro; Cardio Care Center, City Center, B.S. City, Bokaro; Devansh Multi Specialty Hospital, ITI Mod, Near Amrit Park, Chas; Advanced Diagnostic Center, City Center, B.S. The Civil Surgeon’s Office will take necessary action to cancel the registration of any clinic that fails to comply within the stipulated time.
