BJP state president and former chief minister of the state Babulal Marandi on Monday filed nomination papers as a party candidate from Dhanwar assembly seat of Giridih district. During this, Babulal Marandi said that he has filed nomination from Dhanwar assembly seat with the resolve to end nepotism, corruption and infiltration in Jharkhand and to save roti, maati and beti in the state. We are confident that the people of Dhanwar as well as the entire state will form the government under the leadership of Bharatiya Janata Party.
During this, he said, I had told the people of the press, I come from the third world. When he was asked what this third world is, he clarified that it is a place where there are no roads to travel, there are no bridges over the river, and electricity does not reach the villages. There is a lack of basic facilities like education and health.
He said that if the BJP government is formed, the Gogo Didi scheme will be implemented in the first cabinet. Under the scheme, Rs 2100 will be deposited in the accounts of mothers and sisters on the 11th of the month. Jharkhandis will be given gas cylinders for Rs 500. On the occasion of festivals in the year, 2 gas cylinders will be given free. Also, children who have passed BA and MA and are wandering here and there for employment will be given Rs 2000 for 2 years, so that they can stand on their own feet and do not become a burden on their parents for 2 years.
He said that there are 2 lakh 87 thousand vacancies for government jobs in Jharkhand. BJP's resolution is that as soon as the government is formed, a decision will be taken in the first cabinet. By 15th November next year, i.e. within one year, one lakh government jobs will be filled. And in five years, 2 lakh 87 thousand posts will be filled. Its calendar will also be made. When will the exam be held, when will the result come, when will the appointment letter be received, all this will be ensured. So that there is no scope for any irregularity.
He said that after the formation of BJP government, houses of 21 lakh poor people will be built. This will be completed in five years. After five years of BJP government, no poor person will be left without a house. BJP does what it says. He said that as soon as BJP government was formed at the center, Prime Minister Narendra Modi approved the scheme of three crore houses for the poor in the villages. Under the leadership of PM Modi, the poor are also getting 5 kg of grains for free. Health facilities are also being provided. Ayushman Yojana of up to Rs 5 lakh and gas connection and along with that money is also going into the accounts of farmers. If a double engine government is formed in Jharkhand, the pace of development will be fast.
On the occasion of Babulal Marandi's nomination, Union Women and Child Development Minister and Koderma MP Annapurna Devi, BJP leader Laxman Prasad Singh and a large number of supporters were present. Before filing the nomination, Babulal Marandi performed pooja-paath at his home in Giridih and took blessings from his mother and elders. He left for the nomination wearing a silver crown.
