Annual Sports meet held at Sagar Vidya Niketan

Students of Sagar Vidya Niketan, a free community school with mid-meals set by the Abhay Sagar Foundation (CSR-Arm of Sagar Group) presented 'TATVAMASI' to mark the school's Annual Sports Meet.

Pragya Richa Shrivastava, Additional Director General of Police, Bhopal graced the day as the Chief Guest in the presence of Jaishree Kanwar Director Sagar Public School, Aditi Lunawat Director Deveoplement SISTec, Rashmi Seth Vice Principal Sagar Public School Ratibad,  S Bindu Principal of Sagar Vidya Niketan.

The school's Head Boy and Head Girl welcomed and accorded the guard of honour to the Chief Guest.  The lighting of the torch by students of various houses presented an impressive and synchronized march past on the tunes played by the school band followed by an oath-taking ceremony of sportsmanship with the release of Balloons by the Chief Guest to declare the meet open.

A series of track events with ready-to-school race, obstacle race, ABC train race, 50m and 100m meters Flat race, and Relay race for boys and girls added excitement amongst students and engrossed audiences with cheering for their favourites.

Drill by KG Students on song Nanha Munaa Rahi Hoon messaged growing up to take care of motherland.  A synchronized drill by Class I and II students with Maypole showcased physical and mental fitness leading to realising the dream of Viksit Bharat. Yoga - Har Roz Ho was messaged in Yoga Drill showcasing a journey to inner peace as a way of life. 

The skipping drill with stunts and clapping drill showcased the coordination, agility, speed and strength of students on the song Hai Thaan Liya Humne… messaged hard work is the key to success.

A ceremony of prize distribution with scholarships to meritorious students and medals to winners of various track events was conducted with the Chief Guest presenting the award to winners with Sandipani House Lifting the trophy in the meet. Girija Mewada and Tanishq Sunianiya in the Juniors segment and Tulsi Manoria and Arman Maran in the senior's segment were adjudged as the Best Girl and Boy students of SVN and were presented trophies by the Chief Guest.
