As per the instructions of Jharkhand State Legal Services Authority (JSLSA), Ranchi, and on the direction of Principal District Judge cum-Chairman, District Legal Services Authority, Garhwa, Rajesh Sharan Singh, "Monthly Lok Adalat" was organized on Saturday.
A total of 128 cases were disposed of in the monthly Lok Adalat and a total revenue of Rs. 10,26,400.00 was received. Lok Adalat was organized under the aegis of District Legal Services Authority, Garhwa.
On this occasion, five benches (including Nagar Sub-Divisional Civil Court) were constituted for the execution of various cases, in which Shivnath Tripathi, District and Additional Sessions Judge-III, Arvind Kachhap, Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nagar Untari, Sangeeta, Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Monica Prasad, Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Anulika Kumar, Judicial Magistrate were present. One advocate each was also nominated along with the Judicial Magistrate for all the benches. Among them were advocates Praveen Kumar Sahu, Hanseshwar Pandey-Nagar Untari, Nityanand Dubey, Anita Ranjan and Uttam Kumar Bharti.In today's monthly Lok Adalat, a total of 128 cases were disposed of including 20 cases from banks, 44 criminal compoundable cases, 45 cases related to electricity department, 02 cases from family court and 17 cases from Nagar Untari sub-divisional officer. In which a total revenue of Rs. 10,26,400.00 was received. On this occasion judicial officers, advocates, court staff, PLV Suryadev Chaudhary and parties were present.
