‘ED should investigate assets of all politicians and bureaucrats of state’

Thursday, 23 May 2024 | PNS | Ranchi

Sampoorna Bharat Kranti Party's national general secretary cum Jharkhand, Chhattisgarh in-charge Vijay Shankar Nayak today said that ED should investigate the personal movable and immovable assets of all the ministers/former ministers/secretaries/deputy secretaries/special secretaries/undersecretary level officers of the state. He was reacting to the summons sent by ED to IAS officer Manish Ranjan.

He further said that today all the departments related to Public Works are full of corruption. Today there is a free hand for loot in all these departments. Unabated scam continues, in the name of tender, the contractor is doing huge networking work of commission fraud in alliance with engineer and minister, which should be investigated by ED.

Nayak further said that today in all the departments related to Public Works Department, the coalition of bureaucrats, engineers, contractors and ministers have looted the development funds of Jharkhand with both hands, due to which today 40% commission is lost in Jharkhand. This is continuing and today government money is being looted in the name of development and there is no one to see it.

While congratulating the ED officials, he said that today the ED officials are doing excellent and wonderful work towards ending the loot and commission fraud in Jharkhand. Whenever the ED is conducting raids, it is doing the work of recovering crores of rupees. They are exposing the loot, which is a welcome step which cannot be praised enough. Today there is a fear of ED on the corrupt politicians and bureaucrats due to this and this is for a poor state like Jharkhand which is a den of corruption. This is a good sign for that poor state.
