Record 1103 degrees were conferred to 1090 students during 13th Convocation at IIT Hyderabad, the highest number of graduates in a year so far, not only at IITH but also possibly at any second-generation IIT in India. NITI Aayog CEO, BVR Subrahmanyam delivered the Chief Guest address and said, "become the heroes of science that a Viksit Bharat demands". This included: 1st Graduate batch from BTech, Biomedical Engineering, MTech, Transportation Engineering, Transportation Engineering, Semiconductor Materials and Devices, and Heritage Science and Technology, along with Interdisciplinary MTech in Integrated Circuits and Microsystems Packaging, Ophthalmic Engineering, and EV Technology, as well as a Master of Arts in Health, Gender, and Society.
