KREEVA, the luxury real estate arm of Kanodia Group, has announced an ambitious expansion plan aimed at transforming the Delhi-NCR real estate landscape. Over the next 12-18 months, KREEVA will launch three ultra-luxury projects in prime NCR locations, aiming to generate an estimated revenue of INR 4000-6000 crore. The projects, featuring high-rise developments with state-of-the-art amenities, cater to affluent buyers and set new standards for luxury living.The five-year expansion strategy includes acquiring prime land across Golf Course Road, Southern Peripheral Road, South Delhi, and the Noida Expressway. Targeting high-end clientele, KREEVA plans to launch at least one flagship project each year, with a commitment to innovation, exclusivity, and sustainability.
