Mahindra which in September overtook Tata Motors for the third position in India’s passenger vehicle market and came extremely close to dethroning Hyundai from second position today claimed that their new Thar ROXX SUV has bookings of 1,76,218 units in the first 60 minutes.
The Mahindra Thar ROXX which is the five door variant of the very popular Thar off-road SUV was launched on August 14 and prices start at Rs 12.99 lakh going up to Rs 22.49 lakh for the fully-loaded AX7L 4x4 model.
