Area General Manager and Regional Office, Ranchi, Union Bank of India organized a Customer Outreach Camp at BNR Chanakya on Thursday. Existing customers and prospective Government / PSU / Corporates registered their participation in the event. Arun Kumar, General Manager, Central Office of Union Bank of India attended the program as a special guest. Union Bank of India, Ranchi Deputy Zonal Heads (Alok Kumar and Vijay Kumar Roy) and Area Heads, Sonalika, Deputy Area Heads (Arun Kumar Mandal, Vibhash Kumar Mishra), Zonal Audit Head S.K. Das, Assistant General Managers (Sunita Kumari Yadav, Deepmala Lakda), RLP Heads, MLP Heads, Business Relationship Managers (BRMs), Branch Heads attended the programme.

Union Bank of India organized the program with the Government Departments / PSU / Corporate Heads with the objective of making the customers aware about the benefits available under various loan products. It was also discussed on this occasion to establish strong business relationship with them, understand their needs and tailor our product according to their needs. In the program, through Power point presentation by Rakesh Kumar, Head of MLP, discussing in detail about the special facilities and benefits being provided by the bank to the customers under various loan products, the customers were informed and motivated to take advantage of it.

Also, the special guest of the program, Arun Kumar, General Manager, while addressing the customers, shared its importance while discussing the features of various loan products. Their needs and expectations were also discussed through open forum discussion for question and answer with the customers present in the program. Loan sanction letters were also distributed to some of the customers present in the program by the present executives of the bank. Some of the customers who have benefitted from Union Bank's MSME facilities also shared their success stories.

At the end of the program Alok Kumar, Deputy Zonal Head expressed his gratitude to the present customers and assured that Union Bank of India will live up to the expectations of the customers and provide continuous cooperation in the development of Ranchi city.
