Indore Police commissioner Makrand Deuskar, Additional police commissioner Manish Kapuria have initiated arrest of all absconding rape accused within a fix time frame.
Rau police team arrested a rape accused carrying an award of Rs 10000 after chasing the accused for 2000 kms from punjab who was absconding after raping a girl student preparing for competition exams in Indore.
