Bagh Sewania police have booked a man for sexually assaulting and exploiting a 30-year-old woman; the accused went absconding after the complaint was made.
A case of rape on the pretext of marriage has surfaced in Bagh Sevaniya. The woman in her complaint stated that she is a resident of Jabalpur. She was living in a live-in relationship with a relative, Suresh Pahade, for the last one and a half years. From then till now he kept giving promises of marriage. Meanwhile, recently he left and absconded.
According to TI Amit Soni, the 30-year-old woman is engaged in a private job. About one and a half years ago, she left her husband and came to Bhopal from Jabalpur with accused Suresh Pahade.
Suresh works in a university located in Jabalpur. Both of them lived together in a Live-in in Bhopal. During this time, he kept raping the woman on the pretext of marrying her. Later he refused to marry. After this he ran away. The victim had complained about this matter by giving a written application to the police station.
After investigating the application, the police registered a case against the accused youth. Now the police are preparing to go to Jabalpur in search of the accused youth. At present the police are investigating the matter.
