Ruling party of the State, Jharkhand Mukti Morcha launched a scathing attack on Raj Bhavan and Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), ON Monday, for removing the photograph of Chief Minister Hemant Soren from the Aryabhatta Auditorium program of Ranchi University.

JMM General Secretary, Vinod Kumar Pandey said that this is not an insult to just any Chief Minister, it is an insult to all the tribals. He said that action should be taken on whose instructions this happened. He said that today this news is in the headlines.

“This is not a good sign for any State. The Chief Minister had to participate in the program but it is unfortunate that his picture was removed when he did not arrive. It is not appropriate to remove the photograph at the behest of anyone in any program, be it the Governor or the Chief Minister. Action should be taken against such people on whose orders and instructions this happened. The Chief Minister was supposed to attend that program, but removing his photograph just before the program is a big conspiracy somewhere. Whether this happened at the behest of someone, be it at the behest of Raj Bhavan or at the behest of the University, action should be taken against all those who are guilty. JMM is not going to remain silent on this,” ,” said Pandey.

The Party General Secretary said that this is not just a question of the head of the state. “This is an attack on the entire tribal society which we will not tolerate. Very soon we will organize a program and will soon expose the attitude of Raj Bhavan towards the Government, towards JMM and towards the local people,” he added.

Pandey said that Babulal Marandi along with the people of BJP in Jharkhand have in Hemant fovea. “Governor CP Radhakrishnan has also suffered from Hemant fovea. His Excellency is even scared of Hemant Soren's picture. Aryabhatta was scared of the picture of Chief Minister, Hemant Soren which had been hanging in the auditorium for years. Due to which he reached the program only after getting his photo taken down. This is unfortunate for the State. There is anger among JMM workers due to this matter. They are angry. The party is taking it seriously,” he added.

It is known that on October 1, a program regarding Bharat Swachhta Abhiyan was organized in Aryabhatta Auditorium of Ranchi University. Governor, CP Radhakrishnan was the Chief Guest. According to the information, before the arrival of the Governor, Raj Bhavan officials took stock of the venue and the photographs of the Chief Minister were removed. Later it was reinstalled.
