Government service means more responsibility: CM

Saturday, 29 April 2023 | Staff Reporter | BHOPAL

Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has said that government service means more responsibility. There is no place for irresponsibility in the work of service, welfare and development of the common people. If we become irresponsible, we will harm people and no one has the right to do so. Such acts come under the category of sin.

The AYUSH department is associated with the health of the people. In Indian culture, happiness is synonymous to a healthy body. It is the paramedical staff who make this idea a reality. Your responsibility is related to making people happy. Only the lucky ones get such opportunities. You must discharge your responsibilities with full responsibility.

The success of the state government lies in your efforts only.

Chief Minister Chouhan was addressing the newly appointed paramedical staff by distributing appointment letters under the Department of AYUSH.

Minister of State for AYUSH (Independent Charge) Ramkishore Nano Kavre was also present in the programme held at the office building located in the Chief Minister’s residence premises. Minister of State Kavre welcomed Chief Minister Chouhan by presenting him a medicinal plant.

Chief Minister Chouhan gave appointment letters to the selected candidates in the Joint Recruitment Examination-2022 of Group-5 Paramedical and Staff Nurse of AYUSH Department. In this, 332 appointments have been made on the posts of Ayurveda and Unani Compounder, Staff Nurse, Ayurveda Pharmacist, Lab and Operation Theatre Technician, Ksharsutra Technician, X-Ray Technician, Bhaishajya Kalpak, Panchakarma Technician, Assistant Lab Technician, Panchakarma Assistant, Lab Assistant etc. Chief Minister Chouhan gave symbolic appointment letters to the candidates in the merit list.

Chief Minister Chouhan said that the employees who are going to assume their duties after the selection have been invited for interaction and not for speech. The Chief Minister said in the dialogue that there are different viewpoints to look at government service.

This service gives assurance of a sure job. At the same time, it is necessary for us to be aware of our sense of responsibility. The responsibility of paramedical staff is very important and sensitive. This work is related to keeping the life of the people safe. Service to the needy is service to God. Serve patients whole heartedly. You will feel happy in your work only by working with a positive attitude. People consider the doctors and staff engaged in treatment as God. It is my wish that your name and fame spread far and wide.

Chief Minister Chouhan said that the importance of AYUSH is continuously increasing. The systems of medicine related to AYUSH have the ability to eliminate the disease from the root.

The prestige of AYUSH has also been established during the Covid period and it has also expanded. Continuous efforts are being made to encourage research in the field of AYUSH in the state.

While giving tips for better work and life management to the newly appointed paramedical staff, Chief Minister Chouhan said that making your own time table, taking time for yourself, taking care of food and drink, exercising daily, maintaining good relations with friends, and taking out time and maintaining a positive work environment is essential to live life happily.

Minister of State for AYUSH (Independent Charge) Kavre said that under the leadership of Chief Minister Chouhan, the state is making its mark as an important center of AYUSH and Panchkarma.

AYUSH wings have been set up in 22 districts of the state where Ayurveda, Unani and Homeopathy services are being provided under one roof. Along with this, 50 bedded hospitals are also being established in 10 districts. Progress is also going on in the field of research.
