Cong stern for anti-party activities

The Congress in Chhattisgarh on Saturday night expelled former Balod District President Haldhar Sahu for six years from primary membership for his involvement in anti-party activities.

Similarly, nine others were served show cause notice, including Child Protection Commission member Pushpa Patle, former block president Tarakeshwar Gabhel, former candidate Laxmikanta Hemant Sahu, Kurud Nagar Panchayat President Tapan Chandrakar, Kurud Janpad Panchayat President Sharda Devi Sahu and Dhamtari District Congress Vice President Bharat Nahar.

They have been asked to submit their replies within 24 hours.
