Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has said that Mukhyamantri Ladli Bahna Yojana is an initiative for economic and social empowerment of sisters of the state. Ladli Bahnas are also coming forward to provide benefits of various schemes to the eligible people. With a view to do something for the society in the districts of the state, ladli bahnas themselves have taken the initiative. The state government has also given training to the ladli bahnas to play a crucial role. This training will prove to be socially useful.
Chief Minister Chouhan, on Monday, July 10 will transfer the amount of Mukhyamantri Ladli Bahna Yojana from Indore to the accounts of more than 1.25 crore sisters of the state with a single click. He will also virtually address the ladli bahnas present in every districts of the state. The Chief Minister will participate in the Ladli Bahna Sammelan being held in Dhar district on July 10 as well. Chief Minister Chouhan reviewed after apprsing himself about the preparations of the state level programme from the Collector Indore and the district level programmes from the district collectors.
Chief Minister Chouhan said that the members of Ladli Bahna Sena constituted in each district are getting the benefit of special training module. This training has been completed in most of the districts of the state. Chief Minister Chouhan has instructed all the districts to complete this training programme. Every Ladli Bahna will benefit from the training programme. After the formation of Ladli Bahna Sena in the state, all the names have also been registered on the portal. Agar Malwa is at the top position in the state for the best works related to DBT, where DBT work is remaining in only a few cases. Chief Minister Chouhan congratulated the Collector Agar-Malwa and public representatives for their excellent performance. He has given instructions to do this work cent percent in all the districts.
Chief Minister Chouhan said that this is a wonderful scheme. This is not a ritual. Members of Ladli Behna Sena will become an important medium of women empowerment. Members of Ladli Behna Sena will play a leadership role for the beneficiaries who want to get the benefits of various schemes. They will play an important role in making citizens aware, ending social evils and controlling cases of female atrocities.
On July 10, Chief Minister Chouhan will address approximately one lakh sisters present at the Super Corridor Ground in Indore as well as lakhs of ladli bahnas connected virtually across the state. Oath will be administered to the ladli bahnas for discharge of duty, so that they will be able to organise their work with a sense of responsibility. Preparations are being finalised by the local administration in Indore for the state level programme.
Chief Minister Chouhan was informed by the collectors that there is a lot of enthusiasm towards the Mukhyamantri Ladli Bahna Yojana. Preparations are being made vigorously for the programme. A huge 101 feet rakhi will be presented to Chief Minister Chouhan by the sisters. With the help of Swaraj Sansthan, a picture exhibition apprising about women freedom fighters will also be organised. Various activities will also take place in the Ladli Bahna Sammelan. Performances of Janaki band, Bhagoriya folk dance, other tribal folk dances will be displayed in Indore. Apart from this, an exhibition of creative activities of sisters in self-help groups, entrepreneurship and start-ups will also be organised. Along with the decoration of paintings and rangoli, a pink cycle rally will also take place.
