Fit India Swachhata Freedom Run
CMPDI organised a3 Kilometer Fit India Swachhata Freedom Run 4.0 under Fit India Mission at its HQs on 17.10.2023 in which about 120 employees Participated. Ajay Kumar, Director (T/P&D), flagged off the Run. On this occasion, Achyut Ghatak, Director (T/RD&T); Sumeet Kumar Sinha, C.V.O., CMPDI, GM/HoDs and employees were present and participated in the Run. Considering the importance of Cleanliness in Healthy lifestyle, Fit India Freedom Run is being organised this year as Fit India Swachhata Freedom Run 4.0 with the theme 'Swachh Bharat, Swasth Bharat'. It is a month-long campaign which began on 1st October, 2023 and culminates with the Unity Run on 31st October, 2023. Fit India Freedom Run objective is to encourage fitness and help us all to get freedom from obesity, laziness, stress, anxiety, diseases etc.
DPS Ranchi Principal to be felicitated
Human Rights Umbrella Foundation-HURUF, a global organization has announced its prestigious “Chak De Jharkhand Award” under the Talent Development Programme. Apart from Jharkhand, Chak De has also been started in other states like Uttar Pradesh and Chak De Bihar. Founder Chairman of HRUF and famous international human rights activist Vishal Ranjan Daftuar said that 3 principals and 3 teachers of Jharkhand will be honored at the state level, zonal level and district level. 3 children will also be honored at the state level. They will be awarded citation, certificate, medal and trophy. Dr. Ram Singh, Principal of Delhi Public School, Ranchi, will be honored with the Best Principal Award. Gunjan Bhasin, Principal of Swami Sahajanand Bridgford School, Ranchi and Belji KJ, Principal of Nazareth School, Chatra will be honored at zonal and district level. H Matilda Hemlata, teacher of Delhi Public School, Ranchi, will be given the State Level Award, while Savita Pahwa, teacher of Swami Sahajanand Bridgford School, and Baban Kumar, teacher of Nazareth School, Chatra, will be given the Zonal and District Level Appreciation Award.
