Deputy Commissioner Dr. Waghmare Prasad Krishna was felicitated on behalf of the office bearers and personnel of the district in the Collectorate Complex, Lohardaga on Wednesday. The Deputy Commissioner and the team accompanying him have received the Platinum Grading Certificate from His Excellency President Draupadi Murmu at the Bhoomi Samman-2023 program held on Tuesday at Vigyan Bhawan, New Delhi. On this occasion, a traditional welcome was organized in the Collectorate premises. During this, the congratulations of all the office bearers and personnel were accepted by the Deputy Commissioner with folded hands.
The DC, DDC cum Additional Collector Samira S was grandly welcomed in the program organized in the Collectorate Auditorium. On this occasion, Utkarsh said that it is a matter of great pride that the name of Lohardaga district has also been included in the 68 districts of the country under the Bhoomi Samman-2023 programme. For this, all those who have played their part in land record digitization deserve congratulations. It is the result of the hard work of the people associated with it that Lohardaga district could reach this point. This was the first time of Bhoomi Samman program and for the first time Lohardaga district has been included in the top 68 districts, it is indeed a proud moment. This honor is dedicated to all.
The DC said that similar better work has to be done in other departments so that Lohardaga district is included in the top districts in those departments as well. It is hoped that in the coming time, the name of Lohardaga district will be included in the best districts of the country. Deputy Development Commissioner-cum-Additional Collector said on the occasion that Lohardaga district has been honored in the Bhoomi Samman program, it is a proud moment for all of us. All the office bearers who were in the previous years and who are at present deserve congratulations for this achievement. It was a great experience to receive this honor from the hands of His Excellency the Rasterpati. Sub-Divisional Officer Arvind Kumar Lal while welcoming said that the work of digitization was going on for the last 15 years. There were some problems in between but gradually everything got better. According to the target, the work was done in the district and today its result is in front of everyone. All the officers and personnel including Forest Divisional Officer Arvind Kumar were present in the programme.
