Human Resource Department (HRD), BHEL- Bhopal has organized Inspire programme from 9th to 14th Oct for newly promoted executives of Bhopal Unit and Power Sector Eastern Region to ensure a smooth transition to the new role and readiness to contribute proactively in his / her new role.
For the promoted executives of previous year, HRD inaugurated a 6- day INSPIRE programme at Vishwakarma Hall, HRD workshop, BHEL Bhopal. The Programme started with the welcome of the chief guest shri Avinash Chandra, GM (HR and Logistics), Senior Officials and the participants. The program has imparted knowledge in various subjects covering Vision, Mission & Values, Business Scenario & Challenges, Business Communication, Achievement Orientation, Personal Finance, Safety & HSE guidelines, Promotion of Hindi language, Team building & conflict Management, Developing Quality Consciousness using case study method, Customer Focus, Health Awareness, Preventive Vigilance, Works policy, Purchase Policy, Customer focus, Pragati Deergha etc.
The Inspire participants in presence and inspiration of shri GP Baghel, GM(Quality) has implanted plant saplings in the parkland of HRDC workshop during the session.
The valediction ceremony of the program is concluded in gracious presence of shri Amitabh Dubey, GM (IE, SYS, EC & PYX).
Team HRD, BHEL Bhopal comprising Swagata S Saxena (Sr. DGM), Krishna Chandra Singh (Manager), Kirti Singh (Dy Manager) and Md Atiq Khan along with Team FCX, Team ELX, P & PR and Canteen assured other arrangements to facilitate this training programme.
