District Bar Association General Secretary Lal Deepak Kumar has applied to the Principal District and Sessions Judge regarding misbehavior with the advocate in the court premises. He has said in the application that on October 7, senior advocate Abdul Rab was misbehaved and slapped by Mustakim Ansari father late Karamat Ansari and Noorhasan Ansari father Hatim Ansari, both residents of village Dandu police station Senha, district Lohardaga, in the conduct court premises. Information is being received in the case that both the accused ST 178/2023 were brought in the custody of District and Sessions Judge III. And on seeing senior advocate Abdul Rab, abusing and slapping him while he is in police custody is quite condemnable and indecent. District Advocates Association condemns this very sad incident and demands immediate strict action from Mr. Otherwise, it has been decided to boycott judicial work from 10.10.2013.
