‘Sarkar Apke Dwar’ kicks off in Ranchi district

‘Apki Yojna Apki Sarkar Apke Dwar’ program started on Friday in Ranchi district and across the State. On the first day, Ranchi Deputy Commissioner (DC), Rahul Kumar Sinha reached the camp organized in the remote Lapung block of the district. While giving information to the people who reached the camp organized in Dadi Panchayat about getting the benefits of the programs and schemes, he distributed the assets among the beneficiaries.

 

During this, local public representatives, Block Development Officer, Circle Officer, concerned block workers and villagers were present.

 

Assets were distributed among the beneficiaries of various schemes in the camp. The assets were distributed among the beneficiaries by the local public representative, DC and BDO. Savitri Bai Phule Kishari Samriddhi Yojana, Sona Sobaran Dhoti-Lungi Saree Yojana, cycle distribution, caste, residential certificate, MGNREGA job card and others were distributed from the Kalyan Manch. Sinha interacted with the beneficiaries one by one.

 

A person who came out of jail after serving a 24-year sentence, got the benefit of an on-the-spot pension scheme. The DC presented the acceptance letter of Chief Minister State Old Age Pension to Jhuki Pahan, a resident of Semar Toli. While talking to the beneficiary, he said that now he should live a respectable life.  In the camp, he gave information to the villagers present about the ‘Aapki Yojana Aapki Sarkar Aapke Dwar’ program. He said that through such programs people get information and benefits of the schemes. He told the villagers that your own labor is your biggest asset, take full advantage of the opportunity provided by the government. He told the villagers in detail about the Chief Minister Employment Generation Scheme, Abua Awas Yojana, Savitri Bai Phule Kishori Samridhi Yojana and others.

 

During his address, Sinha said that all the departmental officers should provide information related to the department to all the summoned citizens coming to the camp. He said that people should be given information about the schemes in their language so that the eligible person can avail the benefits of the schemes as per his capacity. He said that do not leave any stone unturned in providing benefits to the deserving person.

 

The DC inspected all the departmental stalls organized in the program one by one. He directed the concerned employee to give benefits to the eligible person as per rules. He took detailed information about the application process, especially at the stall of Abua Housing Scheme. While carefully examining the applications received, he also talked to the applicants and asked the personnel present about the process of entry in the portal. He directed the BDO to give wide publicity about the Abua Housing Scheme.

 

During the inspection of the stalls in the camp, a person approached Sinha with a complaint about land rent receipt not being deducted. After hearing the complaint of the villager, he asked the circle officer to immediately process the complaint. He spoke directly to the people who came to the camp organized at Panchayat Bhawan. He instructed the villagers to avail the benefits of the schemes and apply for redressal of their complaints. He directed the BDO to give necessary information to the people coming to the camp.

 

A group of women met the DC outside the Panchayat Bhawan. The women applied to the DC for a community building and pond. On which he instructed the Land Conservation Officer to execute the application. He told the women that the benefits of the schemes will be made available to all eligible people as per the process. He also inspected the Government upgraded high school of Dadi Panchayat. The school principal put forward several points to the DC for better basic arrangements for the children, on which he said that work would be done as per the process.
