Rs 280 crore REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT
New Delhi: Real estate developer Tulip Infratech will invest Rs 280 crore to develop 350,000 sq ft of residential space, part of phase 2 of its project Tulip Monsella at Gurugram’s Golf Course road. Phase 2 will have about 112 unit. The overall project spans over 20 acres on Golf Course Road, sector 53 and is estimated to be valued at more than Rs 5000 crore.
Techno-management fest from September 21
New Delhi: SRM Institute of Science and Technology (SRMIST), Kattankulathur is hosting Aaruush 2023 — a national-level techno-management fest from 21st September to 24th September 2023 at the institute’s campus. The fest will have over 100 events and will have about 250 plus national Universities/colleges and over 20 international colleges to take part. This year’s edition of Aaruush boasts distinguished speakers, experts, and luminaries from various fields, making it a unique and enlightening experience for all attendees.
PFC, SJVN sign MoU worth Rs 1,18,826 crore
New Delhi: PFC and SJVN Ltd. have signed an MoU for providing financial support to various projects, including massive Renewable Energy ventures (Solar, Hydro, and Pumped Storage) totalling 12,178 MW capacity, along with a 660 MW thermal generation project for an estimated project cost of approximately Rs 1,18,826 crore. The MoU was signed by Manoj Sharma, Director (Commercial) PFC, and Akhileshwar Singh, Director (Finance) SJVN in the presence of Parminder Chopra, CMD PFC, Nand Lal Sharma, CMD, SJVN and Geeta Kapur, Director (Personnel) SJVN. Other senior officials including HK Das, ED (Projects), V. Packirisamy, ED (Entity Appraisal), and Nitin Kumar, HOU (projects-CSP) were present on this occasion.
