Depressed after failing to clear police constable written examination, a 24-year-old youth committed suicide by hanging with the tree near Chandbadi shanties on Saturday.
According to the Piplani police, Ravi Sonawane was found hanging from a tree near his house at Chandbadi shanties on Saturday after he went missing on Friday.
No suicide note was found but the reason of the suicide is clear that the failure in clearing police constable examination forced him to take the extreme step.
The victim lived at Chanbadi and used to prepare for competition examinations.
Police said that recently he had given the police constable recruitment exam. He was score less in the exams and since then he was under stress.
He suddenly went missing from home on Friday night. The family started searching but he could not be traced. His family members lodged a missing complaint at Piplani police station. On Saturday morning, the family members were looking for him. Meanwhile, his body was found hanging on a tree about three kilometers away from the house.
Police say that the student did not tell the family what the score was. The family also explained to him that do not take stress about the examination. Prepare for other exams but he could not overcome the depression. He got out of the house and hanged himself on the noose.
The family told the police that Ravi was good at studies and don't understand why he took this suicidal step.
