Ujjain district Collector Ashish Singh directed all the officers regarding the stay of Prime Minister Narendra Modi in Ujjain on October 11, that they should discharge the assigned duties with full readiness and promptness.
All the officers should work as a team and with team spirit, he added
In a meeting with the officials, Collector Ashish Singh directed to ensure all necessary facilities on the helipad in connection with the visit of the Prime Minister.
He directed to deploy fire brigade on helipad and fire brigade at necessary places.
The Collector said that an ambulance and a temporary hospital should also be built and vehicles have been provided to the police to accompany the convoy. All the officers and employees to bring Covid free certificates.
The Collector directed to verify all the pandas and priests living in the sanctum sanctorum and ensure fire safety arrangements in view of the arrival of Prime Minister Modi at Mahakal temple.
He said that during the visit of Mahakal Lok, duty of one executive magistrate should be ensured at Nandi Dwar, Tripurasur Dwar and other places. In the general meeting to be held at Karthik Mela Ground, he directed to deploy officers at the journalist gallery, VIP and other galleries as well.
Collector Singh directed to make arrangements for necessary drinking water, street lights etc. at Circuit House, Helipad, Green Room, Helipad DRP Line, VIP Route, Ramghat, Datta Akhara, Sunhari Ghat etc.
