After failing to shoulder responsibilities orders to deduct one month's salary of Tehsildar Tarana and seven days' salary of SDM Mahidpur were issued by Collector Ashish Singh after the two failed to reviewed resolution of complaints of CM Helpline, orders were issued in the meeting of Revenue Officers on Friday
During the review, it was found that five complaints were not attended by Tehsildar Tarana on time and which escalated to high level.
Similarly, due to non-attendance of complaint by SDM Mahidpur at L-2 level, the complaint escalated to Level-3.
Taking matter seriously, the Collector has directed to deduct one month's salary of Tehsildar Tarana and seven days' salary of SDM Mahidpur. The Collector has said that no complaint by any revenue officer should remain a non-attendant.
The collector has asked all the revenue officers to resolve the complaints coming on the CM helpline on time and satisfactorily. It was informed in the meeting that a total of 686 complaints related to Revenue Department are pending at various levels in the district. The Collector has instructed all the officers to install the CM Helpline official app.
During the review, the Collector has directed all the Tehsildars and SDMs to make a continuous observation of the RCMS portal and ensure that no case of demarcation and undisputed division remains pending for more than six months.
In the meeting, the Collector reviewed and it was informed in the meeting that Rs 1729 lakh is to be recovered in the district, against which Rs 734 lakh has been recovered. The Collector has asked all the SDMs to make 100 percent recovery by taking action like attaching the property of big arrears by using their powers.
