Datia is participating in cleanliness drive and with the joint efforts of all Datia would make into top 10 clean cities ,said Home Minister Narottam Mishra at the launched the "Super Clean Sunday Third" in Datia on Sunday in the cleanliness month by pressing the button of hooter.
Over 300 teams were involved in cleanliness campaign on the occasion of Super Clean Sunday.
Minister Mishra said that citizens should give their full cooperation in making Datia number one in the matter of cleanliness.
Make the cleanliness campaign a public campaign. Cleanliness teams started cleanliness drive at 125 places in Datia Nagar on Super Clean Sunday. Each team has 20 to 25 members which participated in the cleanliness campaign.
Mishra said that it is our duty towards the land on which we have taken birth that we should keep it neat and clean. He said that real happiness and peace comes from social work and serving the poor. Dr. Mishra said that sages-saints, great men who work with the spirit of dedication, they get respect and respect. Taking inspiration from these, we have to take a pledge to make Datia number one in the matter of cleanliness while working with full dedication.
He praised citizens of Datia for their efforts and vision and appealed to contribute to make Datia place in 10 top cities in cleanliness.
The shopkeepers, hotels, restaurants and trader representatives to dispose garbage at specified place and properly, so that it would not litter roads and open spaces making the city clean.
The program was started from Kila Chowk, the centre of Datia. Meanwhile, the social worker BJP leader and the general public of Datia gave their full cooperation.
