Chhattisgarh Police on Tuesday arrested a 42-year-old man for killing his father over a property related dispute in a village in Korba district.
Korba Superintendent of Police Santosh Singh identified him as Sanjay Rathia of Rajagamar village. He killed Bahadur Singh (65) on Monday.
The police nabbed him from a nearby jungle.
Rathia told the police he attacked his father after a verbal spat over naming a piece of farmland and a portion of yard behind their residence in the village. A court sent him to prison.
