Bhopal Branch of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India has hosted a seminar on Bank Audit. The seminar is organised by the Auditing and Assurance Standards Board (AASB).
The Program has been inaugurated by lighting the lamp by the guest. CA Ankur Jain, Chairman of the Bhopal Branch has given the inaugural speech. The program has been conducted by branch secretary CA Parul Shrivastava. The Chief Guest for the program was Lokesh Krishna, General Manager, Bank of India NBG (MP and CG).
In the First Technical Session, CA Lokesh Gupta, speaker from Delhi has explained the provisions of Advances in IRAC in Bank Auditing. Later, he also answered some of the queries raised by the students at the seminar. It was an interactive session.
In the Second technical session of the program CA Nayan Kothari from Vadodara has explained the revised LFAR. The students were eagerly listening to the lecture and received the updates.
In the Third technical session of the program, CA Nitant P Trilokekar, speaker from Mumbai has delivered a session on Audit under CBS Environment and emphasis on fraud detection.
CA Samank Mohabe, Vice Chairman, CA Aditya Srivastava, Treasurer of Bhopal branch along with other committee members of Managing Committee CA Suchita Goel and CA Pradeep Mutreja was present in the program. About 150 CA members have participated in the programme.
