The State Government on Thursday effected a reshuffle among IAS officers, including Collectors in 11 districts.

Ganjam Collector Vijay Amruta Kulange was posted as Commissioner of the Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation (BMC) and in charge of CEO, BSCL, and MD, CRUT.

Sundargarh Collector Nikhil Pavan Kalyan was posted as the Commissioner of Cuttack Municipal Corporation (CMC) and in charge of VC, CDA.

Sudhansu Mohan Samal at present Collector of Deogarh was appointed as Joint Secretary to Government in Water Resources Department. Dr Brundha D, Collector Kandhamal, was posted as OSMCL MD; Prem Chandra Chaudhary, SPD, OAV, as Director, Agriculture and Food Production; K Sudarshan Chakravarthy, Collector Baleswar, as Collector of Khordha.

Khordha Collector Sangram Keshari Mohapatra was posted as State Project Director, Odisha Adarsha Vidyalaya; Madhusmila Sahoo, Joint Secretary, Water Resources, as Joint Secretary, Revenue and Disaster Management.

Dr Gavali Parag Harshad, Collector of Kalahandi, was appointed as Collector, Sundargarh; Swadha Dev Singh, Collector, Nuapada, as Collector, Rayagada; Saroj Kumar Mishra, Collector, Rayagada, as Special Secretary, Finance, with additional charge of Home (Protocol).

Ananya Das, CMC Commissioner, was appointed as Collector, Sambalpur, and Dibya Jyoti Parida, Collector, Sambalpur, as Collector, Ganjam.

Siddeshwar Baliram Bondar, Commissioner, Brahmapur Municipal Corporation, was posted as Collector, Bhadrak; Trilochan Majhi, Collector, Bhadrak, as Special Secretary, Revenue & DM; Dattalraya Bhausaheb Shinde, PD, DRDA, Ganjam, as Collector, Baleswar; Somesh Upadhyay, PD, DRDA, Kalahandi, as Collector, Deogarh; P Anvesha Reddy, PD, DRDA, Mayurbhanj, as Collector, Kalahandi.
