Sagar Group’s Sagar Institute of Science and Technology (SISTec) Mechanical Department is known for integrating skilling with the industry and corporate. In 2020-21, SISTec Mechanical department at its Gandhi Nagar and Ratibad campus conducted 20+ trainings for skill development under its Module Training Programme.
The skilling on aerospace, automotive, material and metallurgy, energy production, heat ventilation and air conditioning systems, vehicle engine diagnosis and mechatronics, IoT based applications using renewable energy, introduction and creation of AI based mechanical equipment’s, exclusive industry design solutions based on modern software’s etc accorded the edge to students.
The trainings will help students in shaping up their careers with the unmatched opportunities of exposure on live projects with interaction from the experts of the industry. This year, SISTec is set to begin with AICTE Approved Industry Ready 4.0 New Programs in the forthcoming engineering session on Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence and Data Science, Computer Science & Engineering – Internet of Things. It has also established its ‘SISTec Centre of Excellence’ by signing 30 MoUs in collaboration with industry and academia to bridge the gap of skilling and employability.
