Keynote speaker Bhupendra Kumar Sullere Cyber Expert informed about the crimes that are happening online related to cyber fraud among teachers, students, how we can save, where can we complain.
The Central Government's cyber related website gave detailed information about the sections of the Cyber Act 2000, by downloading the Saathi Consumer App 2019, redressal of your complaints can be done in 15 to 60 days, as well as awareness about prevention, students and universities.
Addressing the President of the program, Professor Khem Singh Dehria said that the work being done by the Grahak Panchayat in today's time is very commendable, it is very important to inform the customers about their rights, how to avoid cyber fraud.
He also said that customer law is the strongest in the world, then it is in America, according to today's time, customer law should be stronger and customers should be alert so that they do not get cheated of any kind.
