To corner the Bharatiya Janata Party in the wake of the UP assembly election in 2022, the Aam Aadmi Party has started holding direct dialogues with the public on issues like education, electricity.
In this continuation, Deputy Chief Minister of Delhi, Manish Sisodia, along with AAP leader and Rajya Sabha member Sanjay Singh will be in Prayagraj on Thursday where he will attend a meeting to speak on the education system in Uttar Pradesh.
Sisodia will discuss the aspects of positive change in education in UP with students, teachers, parents, doctors, engineers and intellectuals.
AAP state president Sabhajeet Singh said Sisodia had done historic work in Delhi in the field of education as Delhi’s education minister.
Singh added that Sisodia would explain the efforts which brought positive results by making the government-run schools even better than convent schools.
Singh said the condition of government-run schools in Delhi was not different to what is presently in UP but after AAP came to power, the Kejriwal government worked wonders in this regard and there was a sea change now.
