A consultation on ‘Building a WASH (Water, Sanitation and Hygiene)-Resilient City’ was held here on Saturday, organised by Centre for Advocacy and Research. Joining as a guest, Additional Relief Commissioner Kamal Loachan Mishra released a study on socially inclusive initiatives to enhance disaster resilience in India’s urban slums--a case of Bhubaneswar. Mishra said that every effort should be directed to develop an urban disaster resilient plan and stressed to make city safe from disaster for all the rich and poor.
