Steel Authority of India Limited (SAIL) launched an integrated website for 1 lakh 20 thousand beneficiaries associated with the company's Mediclaim scheme. These beneficiaries also include retired SAIL personnel and their spouses. The company has gone ahead and provided a one stop service of Mediclaim Scheme to its retired personnel, so that they can avail this facility without any external contact in the current corona virus epidemic. A grievance redressal mechanism has also been provided on this portal where a complaint registration number (GRN) will be obtained from every complaint lodged. Beneficiaries will be able to track grievance redressal through GRN.
