Former Baleswar MP Dr Kartikeswar Patra on Wednesday said that former Union Minister Srikant Jena is trying to cover up his behaviour of indiscipline by announcing not to join any party and fight elections and, instead, to hold meetings for the Samajika Nyaya Abhijan.
“The reality is that no party intends to accept him for his indiscipline. He has been unacceptable to all as he has failed in giving justice to others. After being expelled from the Congress, he has lost his mental balance. I don’t want a people like him should be in politics. For this, I had resigned from the Congress and filed nominations for Baleswar MP seat against him in 2014,” said Patra.
Stating that he had given a book titled “The Prime Minister, We like Most” to him at a Congress meeting at Bhogarai two months back, Patra said Jena could not learn anything from the book and is raising fingers at Rahul Gandhi.
Patra dared Jena to name Patnaik rulers and mining mafias if he has courage to face court of law instead of making anonymous accusations.
